Samuel
Meet Samuel “Sammy” Wesonga!
Sammy was born in Kitale and has three siblings. The family moved to Uganda where their parents abandoned them. Sammy was able to locate his grandmother in Bungoma, where he was able to go to primary school through Grade 5. He had to drop out to work caring for livestock but he was mistreated and earned only his food. He does not know the whereabouts of his parents or siblings. Sammy joined our training program in 2021 and is happy to have a home with his peers in a loving environment.
